1.做好功课
研究每处房产提供的所有信息，与房东或管理公司直接联系看房。
2. 知道自己想要什么和什么最适合自己
想想你对即将入住的新家有什么要求。例如，你想置身于市中心的喧嚣之中吗？或者你想找个安静点的地方？其他要考虑的重要因素包括设施、租期(最常见的租期是41周、43周或51周，请检查你的租约，以确保它符合你的需求)、安全、室友数量，以及附近有哪些便利设施。把对你来说需要重点考虑的事情列一个清单，这将有助于确保你做出正确的选择，选择适合你的住宿。
3. 你的预算是多少？
在预定住宿之前，准确计算出自己可以负担的费用，因为一旦你签署了租赁合同，它就具有法律约束力，因此，你将有责任支付所有费用，直到协议终止。
4. 确保你的房东有资格认证
寻找认可的住宿确保供应商遵守标准准则，以便衡量学生住宿的良好管理实务。这些准则旨在确保学生有安全、优质的住宿。这意味着，如果你的住宿有不合理的地方，他们可以为你提供处理问题的准则。
